When our King, the Lord Jesus, leads us into risky situations, how do we respond? Often times we are fearful and uncertain if we should follow. Why is that? How should we respond? This morning in 1 Sam 14:1-23 we are going to learn the kind of king that God uses to bring deliverance to his people. And in seeing the character of God’s chosen king, we will understand how we as God’s people should respond when led by the Lord into risky situations. 1 Samuel 14:1—23
