We’ve seen Jesus as our teacher and guide. We have seen Him as miracle-worker and provider. Some see Him as Savior from their sins and friend to whom they pray. There is another view of Jesus that knocks us to the ground in amazement. It is a stunning view that bolsters our confidence to follow Him in a world of conflict. This morning we see Matthew’s jaw-dropping vision of Jesus and we are challenged to respond appropriately. Matthew 17:1-13
