Politicians promise it. Cultures create their rendering of it. People pursue it. At every level we see humanity chase after a perfect life. We long for life without threat of premature death, without fear of food shortage or concern of health decline or risk of enemy opposition. Our God has promised to take his people to that perfect life – to a land where his rule is unthreatened. Today, we are on that pathway to a perfect life, exploring God’s promises to his people and his expectations of his people as he moves us forward on that pathway.
