Lauren grew up Bluffton, OH, where she was raised in a loving and supportive Christian home. While still a child, her dad entered into ministry, and as their family became more and more involved, she grew in service and love of the Church. While she always believed the Bible was true and that Jesus died for our sins, in high school she came to understand the grace offered to her through Christ, and that she did not have to do anything else but believe his death was enough to be saved. A year later, she was baptized and started college at Cedarville University, where she studied Linguistics and eventually met her husband, Foster. They married in 2018 and moved to Dallas in 2019 for him to study at Dallas Theological Seminary. While working there for a few years, Lauren also ended up studying and received a Masters of Biblical and Theological Studies in 2022. Foster and Lauren have attended Centerpoint their whole time living in Dallas, and she began working at the church in May 2022. She is excited and humbled to use the gifts the Lord has given her to serve such a special church!
